When you first start your business, you're wearing all the hats and doing everything yourself. As your business grows, there is a need to delegate these tasks so you can focus more on scaling your business. This is where outsourcing is necessary.

You may think you’re the only one who knows everything you do in your business and that you can’t afford to hire somebody else to do it for you. But the reality is you can actually hire someone who is competent and knows their way around what you do. I promise, this will save you time and money.

You can actually make a list of all that you do in your business and ask yourself key questions like: Is this making me money? Should this be delegated? Is this a good use of my time?

Another exercise is to ask yourself what kind of business do you want to have? Is having freedom and ease a priority for you?
